WILLIAMS BEATS ‘BULBHEAD’

Merseysider Steve Williams came out emphatically on top in his North West derby fight with Manchester’s Karl ‘Bulbhead’ Place.

At Wigan’s Robin Park Arena, on Dec 3, Williams proved too strong and determined for his younger opponent who he trapped on the ropes and then didn’t let off the hook to force a second round stoppage.
